All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of our products, including handmade jewelry, crystal minerals, preserved flowers, and custom creations, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Moonmagicminerals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Natural Materials

Many of our products contain natural crystals, stones, shells, flowers, and other organic materials. Variations in color, shape, texture, and inclusions are normal and make each piece unique.
